Opportunities for Educators

DeVry is a registered NJ Department of Education professional development provider, and offers many opportunities for educators to enhance their knowledge and skills:

Career Awareness Workshops

DeVry representatives are available to present after-school in-service workshops on careers & career planning; the emphasis in the workshop is on working with each person's natural intelligence; one hour of professional development credit may be available if approved by the district.

Field Trips

Educators may bring student groups who are interested in a technical college to the DeVry campus; the trip includes a tour, career presentations and discussion of the college admission process, including financial aid. There is no charge. For more information contact Heather Leone at 732-729-3715 or hleone@devry.edu.

Professional Meetings & Conferences

DeVry is pleased to support educators' professional organizations by providing space for small meetings year-round; when classes are not in session, our facility is available for larger groups. For more information contact Heather Leone at 732-729-3715 or hleone@devry.edu.
