Office Hours

Please note that when classes are not in session the Student Finance/Student Central Department closes at 4:30pm Monday through Friday and is not open on Saturdays.

When classes are in session the Student Finance Department will be open for business on the following days/times:

• Monday from 8:00am to 4:30pm  (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)
• Tuesday thourgh Friday from 9:30am to 7:00pm
• Saturday from 9:00am to 12:45pm

Please note that students/parents/other customers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time that the Student Finance/Student Central Dept. closes.

The hours of operations for the Cashier's booth are as follows:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm
• Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 3:00pm and 4:30pm to 6:45pm
• Saturday from 9:15am to 12:45pm

In addition to making payments at the Cashier's Booth, students are strongly encouraged to make payments online by logging in at http://my.devry.edu and clicking on the "View & Pay My Bill" option. A student may use this online payment service once tuition for the term is posted and the student activates the online payment option.

Also, DeVry has established an additional phone line that students may call for assistance with Student Finance questions (especially when the Student Finance/Student Central Dept. in North Brunswick, NJ is not open).

This phone assistance service operates from 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday and from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday.
