Rt. 1/College Farm Road Construction Update
Week of November 16
Traffic Impacts: Rte 1 NB & SB
- Contractor may close one lane on Diversionary Road (Monday-Friday).
- Contractor may close U-Turn under the bridge 9am-3pm (Monday-Saturday).
- Friday night through Sunday morning – Ramp A from Route 1 southbound and Rutgers Entrance at College Farm Road will be CLOSED (weather permitting) for paving
The Route 1 major construction activities are starting in the median area’s to create the cross-over lanes, then onto the northbound lanes and finally working to the southbound lanes. This is estimated to last approximately 15 – 18 months.
