This agreement between Faculty/Staff and the Information Technology Department must be adhered to in the event of new software installation or upgrade of existing software.
To avoid any incompatibility issues and to assure the proper installation in a networked environment the Information Technology Department must be provided with two (2) test copies of licensed software prior to the purchase of additional copies or licenses for compatibility testing. The submitting Faculty/Staff member will be required to test the software in conjunction with the Information Technology Department prior to rollout.
Once the software has been tested and deemed compatible, the final licensed copies will need to be submitted to the IT department no later than week 12 of the current term for implementation the following term.
