APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
The application for graduation is a requirement for graduation and needs to be completed so that the Registrar's Office can audit the academic record to ensure that all academic requirements have been fulfilled for graduation for the degree in each student's applicable program of study.

February 2012

Application opens: October 1, 2011
Application closes: January 13, 2012

June 2012

Application opens: February 27, 2012
Application closes: May 11, 2012

YOU MUST SATISFY ALL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING:

Undergraduate Students

  • Successfully completion of all course and credit-hour requirements
  • A cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher
  • Graduation application submitted by the deadline date
  • Registration with Career Services, room 2001 no later than Session A - week 3
  • Fulfillment of all financial obligaions to the University

Graduate Students

  • Fulfillment of the graduation requirements for your specific program
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
  • An official copy of your undergraduate transcript on file
  • Fulfillment of all financial obligations to the University
